Novel Strand Brewing was formed in 2016 by friends Ayana Coker, Chantel Columna, and Tamir Danon as a product of their dedication to producing high quality beer without any gimmicks or thrills. Alongside serving delicious beer, Novel Strand hosts different food trucks throughout the week and puts on events like trivia, live jazz, and even a monthly book club!
