If you love Hello Kitty this one’s for you. The Hello Kitty Cafe Truck returns to Denver on Saturday, August 20,2022. This is the third visit for the pop-up truck, which delighted fans in 2020. From 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., the hot-pink shop on wheels will be parked at Park Meadows Shopping Center at The Vistas near Loft.
