Half-Price Summer Afternoons at Butterfly Pavilion

POSTED BY
Bryan

With no explanation, the Butterfly Pavilion has, unexpectedly, cancelled the promotion. If you’re fluttering about this summer looking for family fun on a budget, head to Westminster’s Butterfly Pavilion (6252 W. 104th Ave.) in the afternoon for a beautiful deal. At Butterfly Pavilion, they transform the way people think about invertebrates in a fun, family-friendly way. These small, but mighty, animals that surround us everywhere are “bigger” than people think. They are everywhere because everything in nature (including humans!) depends on them. They are the hidden heroes of the animal kingdom. As the Butterfly Pavilion notes, “We–you and us–stand on the backs of these tiny giants.”

From July 15 to August 29, general admission is 50% off, Monday through Thursday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. (Last entry is at 4:15 p.m.) Families can enjoy a crowd-free afternoon and connect one-on-one with its invertebrate experts, have Rosie-the-tarantula all to yourself and experience the quiet serenity of its tropical conservatory. The discount must be purchased at the Front Desk. (The offer cannot be applied to online ticket purchases.)

With the discount, the ticket prices are as follows:

Adult – $6.50

Adult (Westminster Resident with I.D.) – $5.50

Seniors (65+) – $5.50

Children (2 – 12) – $4.50

Children (under 2) – FREE

This discount cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
