If you’re in the marrying mood but don’t want to drop thousands of dollars on a ceremony, you may want to check out the Denver Clerk and Recorder’s All You Need is Love Marriage Marathon. On Friday, February 14, 2025, officiants will be on hand from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. to perform FREE marriage ceremonies for couples.
Denver Clerk and Recorder Paul D. López will be dressed as Paul McCartney and CBS Colorado morning anchor and Denver native Michelle Griego will be the celebrity guest officiant!
There will also be prizes and giveaways to the happy couples.
No appointment is necessary.
You do need a valid marriage license which costs $30.
Couples are advised to apply online in advance to save time. Please come with a completed application. This will greatly speed up your experience.
