Should the festival be rescheduled due to weather, event organizers will make an announcement by 10 a.m. today, April 23. No need to go to Holland to see thousands tulips in a rainbow of colors and no need to visit a distant theme park to engage small children’s fancy. Just head to the 1300 block of Boulder’s Pearl Street Mall for the Tulip Fairy & Elf Festival on Sunday, April 23, 2023, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
More than 15,000 thousand tulips are blooming gloriously on the Mall and during this family event, pint-sized fairies and elves, parade around “waking up the tulips.”
The annual Tulip Fairy and Elf Festival features the lovely Tulip Fairy presiding, as little girls dressed in fairy outfits, wings and all, and little boys in elf costumes gather on the Mall for FREE activities.
These include foam-sword dueling, arts and crafts projects, nature-related activities, playing instruments and live kid-friendly performances.
Don’t miss Parades with the Tulip Fairy leaving from the front of the performance stage at 1:45 p.m., 2:45 p.m. and 3:45 p.m.
The performance stage will be on the 1300 block of the Pearl Street Mall
