The restaurant’s popular side dish (or snack!) is made with “premium white cheddar cheese curds lightly covered with butter crumbs and fried to a gooey golden perfection”.

On October 15, 2025, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburger is giving away a FREE regular cheese curd with the purchase of a medium fountain drink at participating locations.
