Mmm…fluffy, golden pancakes make everyone happy. However, fluffy, golden pancakes for FREE have hungry bargain hunters doing back flips! In celebration of National Pancake Day, IHOP is serving freebie flapjacks and, even sweeter, it’s all for a good cause. The diner has been hosting the special day for more than 15 years.
On Tuesday, March 1, more than 1,500 IHOP locations will give diners a FREE short stack of three (3) buttermilk pancakes from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. The offer is valid for dine-in only.
In return for the complimentary cakes, customers are asked to consider leaving a donation to support kids in the community through Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Shriners Children.
As of 2020, IHOP has served close to five million pancakes each year in the U.S. and raised more than $30 million for children’s charities as part of the signature event.
Limit one short stack per person, while supplies last.
The popular diner also offers a daily IHOPPY Hour special with a variety of discounted menu items — starting at 3 p.m. Plus, you can enjoy all-you-can-eat pancakes for just $5.99. (Unfortunately, the all-you-can-eat offer is not valid on March 1.)
