The Aging at Altitude Expo on Saturday, October 19, 2024, from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Boulder Jewish Community Center offers an abundance of tips, advice and the latest trends in health and nutrition, elder law, financial and retirement planning, real estate from active adult communities to assisted living facilities, home care, leisure, lifestyle, fitness and more.
It is geared to baby boomers, seniors, caregivers, friends and family members. Admission is FREE.
They’re hosting a wide-ranging lineup of speakers and topics from which to choose including estate planning and taxes, exercise as medicine, innovations in brain health and downsizing.
There will also be demos, free event bag, games and giveaways and a chance to have a free ear exam.
