Founders Party is a straight-up art party, timed to coincide with The Underground Music Showcase (a.k.a. “Denver’s SXSW”). The FREE event is Saturday, July 29, 2023, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Grasslands. It will be DJ’d by friends and collaborators from the local art, music and media communities — including Alisha Sweeney (Indie 102.3), John Wenzel (The Denver Post), Carlee Henderson (Flora Fauna) and others.
Founders Party celebrates the DIY beginnings of Denver music festival The UMS, which was co-founded by Biome Co-Founder Ricardo Baca and Colorado arts journalist John Moore.
