Celebrate Japanese-American culture, food, music, crafts and dance at Denver’s annual Cherry Blossom Festival, Saturday & Sunday, June 17 & 18, 2023. FREE performances start each day at 11 a.m. and include martial arts, folk dancing, Japanese drumming, Japanese Enka (traditional) songs, and lots more.

Food can be purchased inside and outside of the Temple and in the Marketplace on Larimer Street. Try the popular teriyaki chicken plate lunch, beef bowl, pork dumplings, edamame, sushi and delicious Japanese sweets called manju.
Dining is all outdoors. You can eat in the State area or under the Temple (enter from 20th Street), in the Stage area.
Browse through jewelry, anime, pottery, fine art, apparel and more. The marketplace will include informational booths representing Japanese and Japanese American organizations.
Hours are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
The festival is staged between Lawrence & Larimer and 19th & 20th Streets in Downtown Denver.
