The fourth weekend in September belongs to Broomfield as it gathers around Midway Park for Broomfield Days from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, September 23, 2023. Activities and entertainment throughout the day including a 5K race, clown contest, parade, trade fair, craft festival, food booths, car show, three stages of entertainment, demonstrations and great community spirit. Best of all, nearly everything is FREE.
The Broomfield Community Parade begins at 9:30 a.m. at Main and Midway Boulevard, and will arrive at Midway Park at 10 a.m.
And take note of BowWow Broomfield. There’s a special area just for the dogs. The day will be full of furry fun with pet-related vendors. Adoption vans and small dog races will keep you and your pet entertained.
Plus, if you’re interested in making a splash, enter your dog in the Rocky Mountain Dock Dogs Contest. It’s two days of wet competition, spilling over into Sunday, starting at 9 a.m. both days.
