Historic Old Town Erie hosts the annual Erie Town Fair on Saturday, May 17, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Visitors can enjoy more than 280 craft, artist, food and vendor booths. All activities take place in Historic Old Town Erie, with local entertainment, children’s activities and food trucks in adjacent Coal Creek Park. Once again, the Erie Hot Air Balloon Festival will be a separate event in July.

Historic Downtown Erie
- Vendors & Food Booths: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Food Vendors on Kattell St. between Cheeseman St. and Wells St.
Coal Creek Park – 575 Kattell Street
- Kid’s Activities: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Live Music & Beer Garden and Food: 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Enjoy live performances by local bands:
- 1 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. — Erie High School Jazz Band
- 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. — Wandering Roads
- 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. — Cody Qualls & the Brand New Ancients
In addition: Local restaurants and bars will be open during the day (and night) for your enjoyment.
Parking
Parking is available throughout the residential area of Downtown Erie, as well as at the Methodist Church parking lot directly west of the Town Hall on Holbrook Street and at Calvary Bible Church at 615 Evans Street.
Limited handicap parking is accessible at the North end of Coal Creek Park (Cheeseman) and on Moffatt between Kattell St. and the Alley heading West.
Bike parking is provided at the Erie Bike Plaza (corner of Pierce & Wells St).
