Boulder’s much anticipated annual Summer Sidewalk Sale starting July 31, 2026, is a way to score great deals from merchants on the Pearl Street Mall, on East and West Pearl and on nearby cross-streets. Savings are anywhere from 10% to 75%. Downtown Boulder is known for more than 150 independent retailers and restaurants, making every purchase and every meal just that much more memorable.

Parking is FREE on Saturdays and Sundays in the five downtown municipal garages (11th & Walnut/Randolph Center, 11th & Spruce, 15th & Pearl, 10th & Walnut/St. Julien Hotel and 14th & Walnut/RTD Bus Station) and one surface parking lot (11th & Spruce).
Metered parking is FREE on Sundays.
