Offering beers that are brewed from gluten-free ingredients, corn and aguamiel, Dos Luces Brewery offers beers that are rich in flavor and deep with history. These ingredients are little known in the U.S., but Dos Luces aims to use the tradition behind them for inspiration to explore the vast possibilities they can hold. Come drink something old and new, complex and simple.
Their brewery also strives to be a welcoming community space. They offer a long communal brewer’s table, as well as a central plaza. They offer non-alcoholic alternatives to beer, and an environment that’s friendly to singles, couples, and families alike.
