How to Get Discounted Tickets for 2026 Colorado Renaissance Festival This Summer

POSTED BY
Bryan

Hear ye! Hear ye! Merriment (on a budget) awaits! The 47th annual Colorado Renaissance Festival (650 W. Perry Park Ave.) in Larkspur returns for adventure and family fun for eight weekends this summer — from June 13 to August 2, 2026. There’s plenty for families to do and see, including entertainment, an Artisan’s Marketplace and themed weekends.

Before you go, know the following guidelines for the annual festival:

Open rain or shine.

All food and beverages is cash only.

No outside food or beverage is allowed — except for factory-sealed bottled water. (No coolers allowed.)

Costumes welcome. Costume swords and daggers are permitted, as long as they are properly sheathed and peace-tied. Present yourself to Safety Services Personnel at the Festival’s Main Gate.

Shirts and shoes are required.

Full face masks are not allowed.

No pets allowed.

Review all of the guidelines here.

The festival runs on the following eight themed weekends:

June 13 and 14, 2026 – Discount Tickets Available

Magical Fantasy + First Responder Appreciation Weekend

The opening weekend is dedicated to fantasy creatures of all ages and varieties.  Have a dance with a fairy or a hug from a Unicorn.  Meet with a mermaid and make merry with a living statue. Plus, enjoy a costume contest on the Rose Stage at noon.

In addition, all firefighters, police and sheriff department personnel enjoy a buy-one-get-one FREE adult ticket and their children (12 and under) are admitted for FREE. The offer is only available at the Festival Box Office. You must present a work ID to qualify.

June 20 and 21, 2026

Pirates Invasion Weekend

Yo ho! Pirates and scallywags invade the festival for one weekend.

Bring children to the front gate to join the Captain’s crew and seek out his legendary treasure.  Participate in a costume contest on the Rose Stage at noon and drink up.

June 27 and 26, 2026

Celtic Weekend

Listen to the traditional sounds of Celtic musicians, Scottish pipe bands and madrigal singers throughout the festival. Sing along with an Irish Troubadour as he performs popular ballads.

Enjoy performances from The Pikes Peak Highlanders. And get ready to “don ye kilts” for the Men in Kilts Contest on the Rose Stage at noon.

July 4 and 5, 2026 – Discount Tickets Available

Children’s Weekend and Military Appreciation Weekend

This weekend is dedicated to young lads and lasses.

Children (12 and under) get in for FREE with the purchase of an adult ticket. Be sure to pick up the child’s complimentary ticket at the Festival Box Office.

It is also Military Appreciation Weekend. All active duty and veterans get buy-one-get-one FREE ticket with any form of military ID. The offer is only available at the festival box office.
