One of Denver’s tasty traditions is revved up again. Civic Center EATS is the largest gathering of food trucks in the Denver metro area. The tasty lunchtime caravan runs every Wednesday and Thursday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. All food offerings from the 10 to 12 food trucks are between $6 and $20.

This year, there are three “seasons” — spring, summer and fall — for the food affair. Each season brings new trucks and new fare.
Spring Season
May 13 to June 25, 2026
Summer Season
July 8 to August 27, 2026
Fall Season
September 9 to October 15, 2026
There is no event scheduled for the following dates:
July 1 & 2, 2026
August 12 & 13, 2026
September 2 & 3, 2026
