Get ready for a new menu item, Chipotle fans! Adobo Ranch is the popular restaurant’s first new dip in five years — since the launch of Queso Blanco in 2020. Made fresh in-restaurant daily, the Adobo Ranch features all real ingredients, including adobo pepper, sour cream and a unique blend of herbs and spices. The dip will be available starting on June 17, 2025.

And Chipotle Rewards members can enjoy the new dip at no cost on launch day. On June 17, 2025, reward members receive a FREE side of Adobo Ranch with the purchase of an regular-priced entrée at participating locations.
