Things are getting really cheesy at Chili’s! The menu at the popular restaurant is heating up with its latest spicy creation — Southwestern Queso. Nearly two years in development (so you know it must be good!), the Southwestern Queso blends American and cheddar cheeses with fire-roasted green chilies, onions and a hint a lime for a bold flavor.

The Southwestern Queso is replacing the Skillet Beef and White Skillet quesos on the menu.
There are plenty of ways to enjoy the new Southwestern Queso:
Dip Chili’s famous Sizzlin’ Fajitas in the creamy queso.
Try Southwestern Queso as a standalone app or as part of the Dip Trio.
Savor it in the new Chicken Bacon Ranch Nachos.
Add it to any entrée on the menu for a cheesy upgrade.
And, from October 7 to 21, 2025, Chili’s is giving away the new Southwestern Queso and chips for FREE at participating locations, so customers can experience the new cheesy creation for themselves.
