A magical world is coming to the Arapahoe County Fairgrounds on Saturday & Sunday, August 23 & 24, 2025. Princesses, fairies, mermaids, and, of course, real unicorns will be on hand for the Unicorn Festival. Colorado Parks and Wildlife joins the celebration of Colorado’s acceptance into statehood with FREE entry to all Colorado State Parks (that includes 42 state parks and 300 state wildlife areas) on Monday, August 4, 2025. The Colorado State Fair opens Friday, August 22 and ends on Labor Day, Monday, September 1 at the state fairgrounds in Pueblo. the event includes carnival rides, live entertainment, PRCA rodeos, demolition derby and all sorts of competitions.
