Wonderland Brewing

Wonderland Brewing is a craft brewery in Broomfield that boasts an outdoor stage for live performances, arcade games, and even a mini golf course. They are both dog and kid friendly and have an in-house food truck called the Wonder Grill that has a wide selection from wings and tacos to salad and cheesecake. Drop by for a drink or to enjoy one of their weekly events.

Waldschänke Ciders & Coffee

Waldschänke Ciders & Coffee is a Swiss-inspired cidery rooted in family tradition. Co-owner Ruth Dufresne’s father George Mueller took part in the construction and operation of the first Waldschänke which was founded in Switzerland during World War II. Today, Ruth, her husband John, their son Keane, and Keane’s wife Kelley honor George’s legacy by continuing to make and sell his recipes and by welcoming anyone from any background to come and enjoy their ciders. Dairy Block is a 21-venue micro-district containing a wide range of restaurants and shops as well as The Maven Hotel for those who wish to stay in town longer. Dazzle

Dazzle has operated as the prime location for the enjoyment of jazz and improvised music in Denver for 25 years. Now located in new digs at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts complex, Dazzle was awarded the title of top jazz club in Denver from Westword Magazine 16 times and Downbeat Magazine included it in its list of “Top 100 Jazz Clubs in the World” multiple times. They host live music performances weekly and collect donations as add-ons to ticket sales for a different nonprofit organization every month.

The Irish Rover Pub

The Irish Rover Pub opened in 2005, allowing the Denver community a great opportunity to experience the atmosphere of a traditional Irish pub. The restaurant gets its name from a famous Irish folk song about a sailing ship that is regularly sung in pubs all across Ireland. Verboten Brewing & Barrel Project

Verboten Brewing & Barrel Project got its name from the German word for “forbidden” which the founders picked based on German beer-purity laws (Reinheitsgebot). These laws restricted 15th and 16th century Germans from using anything except for water, barley, and hops in the brewing process and still exist in a modified form today with the addition of yeast as an approved ingredient.
