Want to see flicks for free and then chat about them with fellow cinephiles? Check out the Boulder Movie Club, where attendees watch (and discuss!) films on the Big Screen in the Boulder Public Library Canyon Theater. The monthly screening (usually the fourth Thursday of each month, but no always) is FREE, as are parking and snacks (though you are welcome to bring your own food).

Typically, a short video about the movie, director, or main actor is shown around 6 p.m., followed by an introduction to the movie by your host.
The film starts at 6:30 p.m. and afterwards there is a larger group discussion.
Many films are rated R, so take note, that likely this is not an events for the kiddos.
You’ll find a list of upcoming Movie Club screenings on the Library’s site or on this Eventbrite page.
