And now for something completely different and fun for the whole family! The thrill of lumberjack life comes to town with The Lumberjack Festival on Saturday, September 30 and Sunday, October 1, 2023 from noon to 6 p.m. at Clement Park Amphitheatre (7306 W. Bowles Ave.) in Littleton. The unique event lets you test your axe throwing skills, try log-rolling, see chainsaw art, cheer on cool competitions, listen to live music, play in a petting zoo and more.

The Lumberjack Festival includes:

Lumberjack Life — Try your hand at axe throwing, hammerschlagen, saw cut and more. There will be  opportunities for kids and adults alike.

Lumberjack Show — Take in the All-American Lumberjack show three times each day. Cheer for Team Red and Team Blue as professional lumberjack teams compete in 11 thrilling events.

From axe throwing to water challenges, there’s excitement for all ages. Don’t miss the chance for autographs and souvenirs from the lumberjacks, plus hands-on experiences in cross-cut sawing and logrolling.

No experience needed — everyone’s welcome to join in the fun!

Competitions — Each day will feature multiple competitions including Beard competition, Mustache contest and Stein Holding.

Lumberjack Camp — Professional lumberjacks will be on hand each day so kids and grownups alike can try their hand at log-rolling.

Live Music — Featuring The Eric Golden Band, Colorado Country Music Hall of Fame Entertainer of the Year, as well as Odessa Rose, The HumminBirds Bluegrass Band, Union Gray, The Lunchables and Joe Wren.
