In this day and age, upcycling clothing is all the rage. Swap N’ Sip is a clothing swap and DIY upcycle station at the soon to be open Town Hall Collaborative. On Sunday, October 16, 2022, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., shop the swap, customize your new finds, make new friends with The Meet Cart and grab a beverage from the bar.
Cost of entry is 1 bag of clothing or $10 (collected at the door).
Entry includes full access to shop the swap and to an upcycle station where you’ll find tie dye, scissors for croppin’, bleach dye, mending recommendations and iron on patches for purchase by Contrarium Chainstitch.
Drop off your clothing ahead of time on October 11 or 13 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Town Hall Collaborative. Someone from Fruits of Our Labor will be there.
Clothing swaps are free of gender, but please no children or babies clothing. Clothing should be free of pet hair any un-repairable damage as well as from a smoke-free home.
All leftover items will be sorted and donated to the appropriate charity.
