A magical world is coming to the Arapahoe County Fairgrounds on Saturday & Sunday, August 23 & 24, 2025. Princesses, fairies, mermaids, and, of course, real unicorns will be on hand for the Unicorn Festival. All activities, entertainment and events are included with admission — inflatables, unicorn petting, storytimes, meeting a mermaid, photos with a princess, 20-foot tall slide, obstacle course, a Creation Station to make magic wands and much more.

New this year! Feed live butterflies all weekend. Take part in foam parties and the Unicorn Rescue Derby. Try out slides and obstacle courses new to the Festival.
As always unicorns are the stars of the Festival. This year there will be 20+ throughout the Festival grounds. Visit the Unicorn Petting Corrals, take photos, or even get up on a unicorn’s back for an awesome Unicorn Photo keepsake. All included with your admission ticket.
The move to Arapahoe County Fairgrounds should enhance the experience. The indoor space offers protection from the weather and a nice cool place for folks to enjoy many of the activities.
Creation Station, where kids make thousands of craft projects each year, won’t have issues with supplies blowing away. Storytime Cottage is in its own, quieter room.
The Main Stage is also indoors now, along with the Face Painter, some of the live unicorns, and almost all of the fantasy-themed vendors.
Outdoor attractions include Mermaid Lagoon, Food Trucks, plenty of Unicorn corrals, a fun variety of large on-theme inflatables, foam parties and a bubble playground.
Karaoke Kingdom will once again provide the music for the new dining area, sheltered outside by the food trucks.
Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

The event is a bit pricey, but admission does include all activities. And even better for 2025: Tickets are good both days, all weekend long.
Individual weekend (both days) tickets are $25 per person with children 2 and under getting in FREE.
If you’re looking to save money, tickets are only $15 after 2 p.m. on Sunday.
Best Deal: Buy a family 4-pack (again good all weekend long) online before the festival for $82. That saves you $18. You can buy tickets in advance here.
Parking is FREE.
