If you have a taste for something new and different, you may want to check out the Taste of Ethiopia. For nearly a decade, the Festival has brought thousands of people together to celebrate the rich culture and heritage of Ethiopians in Colorado. The family-friendly outdoor event is set for Sunday, September 14, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Admission is FREE.

The family-friendly fun takes place at Denver’s City Park.
Expect live music, cultural dance performances, an African fashion show, artisan vendors, children’s activities, and cultural demonstrations throughout the day.
The day includes cultural performances, fashion shows, arts & crafts, vendors and, of course, lots of delicious food.
Visitors can feast on rich, spiced stews, sizzling grilled meats, savory vegan dishes, flavorful street snacks, and the world-famous coffee from the birthplace of coffee itself, complete with a traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony.
