The Spicy Monkeys Special Olympics Team holds a FREE car show and silent auction on Saturday, October 12, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Platte River Bar and Grill. This is your chance to see a ton of hot rods and classic cars. About a dozen vendor booth will be selling arts and crafts. Plus there will be a DJ with music and a silent auction to help raise funds for the team.
Items on the auction tables include a Broncos helmet autographed helmet by John Elway Terrell Davis and Rod Smith.
There are also snowboards. TV bluetooth speakers, massage and salon gift cards, tickets to sporting events and more.
Plus, you can have your photo taken with a pin-up girl.
The team will pick top 10 cars and Best of Show. Top 10 and best of show will get a gold medal. If you have a car to enter, the fee is $25.
Monies raised help with uniforms and facilities rentals.
