Car buffs who want to escape the heat of the Front Range may want to cruise up I-70 to Silverthorne. The Silverthorne Speed Gone Wild Car Show will be back at the at the Outlets of Silverthorne Red Village on Saturday, August 11. This is a FREE event for both entrants and spectators alike. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., expect to find music, entertainment, food, prizes, trophies and more. All makes and models of cars and trucks are welcome.
This is a “people’s choice” car show. The public will receive ballots so they can vote on their favorite cars. The three most popular cars in each of the five classes win a trophy. There will also be specialty trophies, which are awarded to cars that have something special that we are looking for.
