A new winter experience is taking over the Children’s Museum of Denver at Marsico Campus. Snow Days comes to the Museum’s Joy Park from December 8 through February 27. It will provide true, Colorado outdoor fun for children and their families. Spend your day gliding around the rink, sledding on REAL snow, sipping hot cocoa by a toasty fire and more.
Snow Days includes:
The Snow Hill with real snow for sledding, snowman building and creative winter play
An outdoor “sock skating” rink for sliding and gliding
Cozy fire pits and a hot cocoa bar
Ice house fishing experience
Life-size snow globe to climb in (and selfies)
Giant “snowballs” for rolling
A curling rink for future Olympians
Entry is included in the Museum’s general admission. Adults (2 to 59) are $15, those 60+ and age 1 are $13.
The Museum is open by reservation only Wednesday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
