From May 15 to 21, 2024, Safeway is offering Colgate toothpaste (5.1- to 6-oz.), mouthwash (33.8-oz.) and toothbrush (1- to 2-ct.) for just 99¢ each.
The deal is part of the Best Digital Deals of the Week at Safeway. However, in the weekly ad, the fine print states “Limit 1 Total”. Not true! You can get one of each item at the discounted price.

The key is to make sure you download the coupons to your Safeway account. There is a digital coupon for $4 off toothpaste, $4 off mouthwash and $4 off a toothbrush — three separate coupons.
Find the coupons under the “Personal Care & Health” category.
Get all three items for $2.97 (plus tax) — a total value of $21.47! In the end, it’s a savings of 86%.
Just be sure you’re downloading the correct coupons and picking up the correct items! If you have downloaded the coupons, but don’t see the savings at checkout, you probably have the wrong item(s). Your best bet is to use self-checkout, so you can verify the savings on the screen before paying.
Shop early, so you don’t find an empty shelf. Remember, you don’t have to buy all three items in the same transaction. You may find the toothpaste and mouthwash at one location and the toothbrush at another.
