The Ruby Hill Rail Yard, Denver’s immensely popular urban terrain park, is back for the 14th winter. It is open through mid-March, as long as the weather cooperates. Ten rails and boxes are configured for beginning, intermediate and advanced snowriders. Helmets are strongly suggested. Access is FREE to the facility that is built by Winter Park Resort and maintained by volunteers for the short, intense riding season.
The Rail Yard is open during regular park hours (5 a.m. until 11 p.m.), ballfield lights illuminating the Rail Yard until 9 p.m. At W. Florida Ave. & S. Platte River Dr., Denver.
