Boulder’s Pearl Street Mall between 11th and 15th Streets becomes one large outdoor gallery during the annual Pearl Street Arts Fest. This juried show features more than 100 local and visiting artists, some of whom provide demonstrations even as they showcase their work. Admission is FREE. This year’s festival is Friday to Sunday, July 17 to 19, 2026.

The 2026 Arts Fest starts with a kick-off afternoon event on Friday from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. The festival continues Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Artist booths can be found throughout the Pearl Street Mall, along 14th Street, and on the Boulder County Courthouse Lawn.
Artwork includes sculptures, woodworking, drawings, paintings, ceramics, jewelry, photography, mixed media and glass.

The Open Studios Mobile Art Lab provides on-site art instruction and inspiration to students of all ages at the art activity tent Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the Courthouse lawn (east side).
Check out RestART Art Therapy for an on-site interactive weaving activity and creative inspiration for artists of all ages both days from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the Courthouse lawn (west side).
Many downtown businesses join the festivities with special offers all weekend long.

Remember that City of Boulder garages are FREE on Saturday and Sunday, with parking meters FREE on Sunday.
