The Park People makes it easy and affordable to buy a high-quality tree or shrub at wholesale prices (40% to 50% off) at The Park People’s Fall Tree & Shrub Sale on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at The Park People’s offices. Anyone is welcome, even if you live outside Denver.

Hundreds of unique and hard-to-find columnar, evergreen, fruit and ornamental trees and shrubs that normally cost $250 will be on sale. All trees are $100 and all shrubs are $50.
All species offered are well adapted to Denver’s climate. You can find a catalog here.
The sale also includes Concierge Tree Experts will be onsite to help you select the right tree for your yard.
Anyone can purchase a tree, you do not need to be a Denver resident! All species have limited availability and are first come, first serve.
All trees must be planted on private property (not in the public right-of-way)
Planting along the street requires a site inspection and City permit before purchase

Your purchase also supports the costs of the hundreds of trees The Park People distributes predominantly to residents of low-canopy, low-income neighborhoods each year through the Denver Digs Trees program.
Through the Denver Digs Trees program, The Park People has added more than 65,000 trees to Denver’s urban forest over the past 40+ years.
