Free Hiker Shuttle to Boulder’s Chautauqua Park

POSTED BY
Claire

To say that parking at Boulder’s popular Chautauqua is limited does not even begin to describe the challenges in finding a space. To solve the problem, the city operates the FREE Park-to-Park hiker shuttle between downtown Boulder and Chautauqua trailhead between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays all summer long. It runs every 15 minutes.

For 2022, the shuttle begins operating Saturday, May 28, and runs through Monday, September 5.

The shuttle picks up riders at several stops around Boulder as well as from the New Vista High School Parking lot (700 20th St.), the CU Regent parking lot (Regent Drive just east of Broadway) and the downtown Boulder parking garages.

You can view a map here.

Remember that parking in downtown Boulder parking garages and at the satellite parking lots (New Vista High School and CU Regent lot is FREE on weekends and holidays.

You’ll find more information about the Park-to-Park shuttle check out this website.
