Do you have a flickering lamp, a bike with a flat, a chair with a broken rung, or a favorite garment with a hole? Don’t replace them, bring them to the Helping Hands Repair Café and work with a repair coach to fix your cherished items. The fix is FREE, and you can learn how it’s done. The event is on Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. at First Plymouth Congregational Church.

At Helping Hands Repair Cafe events, people bring all sorts of broken appliances, toys, electronics, clothing, and jewelry and work with volunteer coaches to learn hands-on repair skills, while fixing their once loved item.
While this event is in partnership with several community churches, everyone is welcome to attend.
Tools and repair coaches are available at no cost to the attendee.
Organizers would like you to register your item(s) you’d like to repair. Then, someone will contact you to confirm your requests, so they have the right tools and tutors for the job on hand.
Donations are appreciated, but not required. Cash Only
Registration is encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome as space allows.
They can’t guarantee walk ins, but will do their best to accommodate as space allows.
To guarantee a spot, complete the form on the website.
