If you love Hello Kitty this one’s for you. The Hello Kitty Cafe Truck has added two more stops in the Denver area. This is the eighth visit for the pop-up truck. The hot-pink shop on wheels will be parked at FlatIron Crossing on Saturday, June 27, 2026 and at Avenues at Northfield on Saturday, July 11, 2026. The truck is on-site at both from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Fans can expect brand-new treats and limited-edition merchandise, including:
Keychains, thermal bottles, mugs, tumblers, T-shirts, blankets, sweatshirts and Hello Kitty Cafe plush toys
New this season are Hello Kitty Cafe zip sweatshirts and Hello Kitty Cafe mugs.
Also sold are giant cookies, 5-piece macaron sets, and Madeleines
Note: They only accept credit/debit cards, no cash.
