If you love Hello Kitty this one’s for you. The Hello Kitty Cafe Truck returns to Denver on Saturday, June 14, 21 & 28, 2025. This is the sixth visit for the pop-up truck. Each Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., the hot-pink shop on wheels will be parked at one of the following locations: Park Meadows Shopping Center, FlatIron Crossing and The Shops at Northfield.

The iconic all-pink Hello Kitty Cafe Truck is continuing its celebration of two major milestones: Hello Kitty’s 50th Anniversary and the truck’s 10th Anniversary!
Fans can expect brand-new treats and limited-edition merchandise, including:
50th Anniversary Exclusives: Iridescent totes and hoodies
Apparel: Ringer tees and lilac tees
Collectibles: Ceramic mugs, thermal bottles, 10th Anniversary keychains, pins, and cup ornaments
Sweet Treats: Giant chef cookies, 5-piece macaron sets, and Madeleine cookie sets
Note: They only accept credit/debit cards, no cash.
