This summer, Golden shines a little brighter at night! The town’s popular and FREE Movies & Music In The Park series plays at Parfet Park (10th St. & Washington Ave.) on select Fridays. Each night enjoy music and a family-friendly movie under the stars! The band takes the stage at 7 p.m. and the featured film, shown on a giant inflatable screen, starts at dusk — around 8:30 p.m.

June 13 – The Wild Robot
July 11 – Moana
August 8 – Air Bud
Bring a picnic or buy food, including pizza, ice cream, popcorn and drinks, from local vendors. Blankets or low-slung chairs are encouraged. If you need to sit up higher, organizers suggest you park yourself on the edge of the crowds.
This is an alcohol- and tobacco-free event. Dogs are welcome, but you need to keep your movie-loving canine on a leash and pick up after them.
