The Golden Eagle Concert Band presents a concert titled “The Sound of Home” on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at 2 p.m. at St. Philip Lutheran Church in Littleton. When words become difficult, music often continues to speak. A familiar melody can spark a smile, inspire a conversation, or offer a moment of comfort and connection that transcends memory itself. Admission is free; a suggested donation of $10 is appreciated.

Join the Band for a special concert celebrating the music that has followed generations, featuring beloved favorites such as Jersey Boys, Simon and Garfunkel, Amazing Grace, Danny Boy, selections from Henry Mancini, The Magnificent Seven, and more.
In partnership with the Denver chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, this program will also provide education and resources about Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia while honoring those whose lives are touched by these conditions.
Together, we celebrate the enduring power of music to connect us to our loved ones, to one another, and to the moments that continue to live in our hearts.
The Golden Eagle Concert Band is a volunteer community band, consisting of all ages and backgrounds. Entertaining audiences since 1977, the group celebrates the tradition of the American Concert Band while incorporating more contemporary works from popular culture and more.
