The Golden Eagle Concert Band will perform a Halloween concert titled “March of the Macabre: Journey from Bald Mountain to the Inferno” on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 4 p.m. at the Wheat Ridge Center for Music and Arts, located in Wheat Ridge United Methodist Church. Admission is free; a suggested donation of $10 is appreciated.
March of the Macabre is a Halloween concert that will take the audience into the musical world of graveyards, haunted halls, and the very depths of the unknown.
Join the Golden Eagle Concert Band as they attempt to break some trombones and scare the sax right out of you. The band is going all out this time with decorations, costumes, and some special surprises.
Featuring works such as Night on Bald Mountain, Ritual Fire Dance, March of the Macabre, and two movements from composer Robert W. Smith’s The Divine Comedy, this concert is sure to be an exciting adventure through all things creepy and cool
The Golden Eagle Concert Band (GECB) is a volunteer community band, consisting of all ages and backgrounds.
