Give Kids A Smile Day – Free Dental Care For Children

POSTED BY
Laura

SmilingToothMost children don’t like going to the dentist, but even worse is when a child has a toothache or other dental issue. KIND (Kids In Need of Dentistry) hosts Give Kids a Smile Day from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, February 8. The event offers FREE dental services to children ages 3 to 17 who can’t otherwise afford dental care.

It isn’t just about getting teeth cleaned (though that is available), but helping kids with toothaches or other painful problems, too. This can include exams, x-rays, fluoride treatments and other dental treatments.

Children will get goodie bags and enjoy fun activities, as well as visits from the tooth fairy.

Appointments are preferred, though walk-ins are welcome. You can easily make an appointment for Give Kids A Smile Day by calling 720-619-5333.

If you can’t make it to the event this Saturday, you can schedule an appointment at one of the KIND locations. The organization offers low-cost, affordable dental care year-round.

The event is at the KIND Oral Health Center Dahlia Campus for Health and Well-Being, 3401 Eudora St., Denver.
