For many struggling families, the cost of prom, especially The Dress, is a luxury beyond reach. If you or someone you know needs prom attire, but simply can’t afford it, have them check out Bella Boutique. The Denver nonprofit is providing FREE gowns, shoes, accessories and even vouchers for hair and makeup services from The Aveda Institute. Everything is yours to keep.
