After 20 years, Central Park Denver has nearly completed its transformation from airport to 12 great neighborhoods and the opportunity to buy a new home in Denver’s most successful master planned community is drawing to a close — with the final phase of Central Park’s 12th and final neighborhood– North End releasing its final lots.
To celebrate, on Saturday, June 26, the North End will be the site of the biggest party of the summer with a Picnic on the Wild Side from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
This picnic like no other will be complete with games, four food trucks, music, model home tours, raffle prizes, and some fun “wild” surprises.
The public is invited to attend. Everyone can enjoy FREE food and swag including a branded picnic blanket, tote and frisbee and will have a chance to win raffle prizes including Southwest Gift Cards, Aspen Lane Gift Cards, a Denver Art Museum Family Membership and more.
