Barre3, Cherry Creek’s boutique fitness studio, has partnered with Room & Board and SOL Cocina to offer a complimentary series of energizing happy hour classes atop Room & Board’s spectacular rooftop in July and August this summer, followed by a patio happy hour at SOL Cocina.
On Room & Board’s urban oasis in the sky, participants will experience a FREE Barre3 workout rooted in three fitness disciplines — ballet barre, Pilates and yoga. After the workout, the entire class will take a short cool-down stroll to Sol Cocina, where everyone will enjoy a special happy hour (margaritas, beer and wine) and complimentary bites on their patio.
Sessions are Thursday, July 19 and Thursday, August 30, both at 5 p.m. A RSVP is required. You can sign-up here.
