Downtown Denver denizens anxious to get outside and enjoy some exercise will want to check out the second annual Fit + Rock group exercise series held outdoors at a safe social distance in the Alley this summer. Each 60 minute Fit + Rock class will be limited to 25 people (including the instructor) and held outside in the Dairy Block Alley.
August’s FREE classes are led by instructors with Ohana Yoga, a Vinyasa practice focused on fundamentals for those who are new to yoga as well as seasoned practitioners. They’ll be offered on Thursday, August 6, 13, 20, & 27 at 5:30 p.m.
More classes will be offered in September, but a fee has yet to be determined.
In accordance with current social distancing requirements, all equipment & participants will be spaced at least six feet apart. Participants are also highly encouraged to wear protective masks. Hand sanitizer will be provided.

Denver Milk Market + CorePower Yoga are also partnering to offer FREE classes on Milk Market’s extended patio on the Wazee Street sidewalk. The classes will be held Saturdays, August 8, 15, 22 & 29 at 9:30 a.m. Denver Milk Market will be providing complimentary drinks and snacks for participants.
