See Cute Baby Animals. Farm and Ranch Day at CALF’s Lowell Ranch. Reserve Your Free Ticket

POSTED BY
Laura

City folk just don’t get out to the “country” enough. There’s a quick fix on Saturday, May 20, 2023, during Farm and Ranch Day at CALF’s historic Lowell Ranch in Castle Rock. The entire family can see all sorts of livestock and the historic Lowell Ranch House during the FREE event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. This is the perfect chance to see all creatures big and small including lambs, calves, chickens, pigs, and more.

While admission is FREE, reservations are required, as the event will be capped at 500 people. Click here to get your FREE tickets. Note that parking is also free.

See draft horses, livestock, micro-farm produce gardens, CALF’s orchard and berry patch and much more up close. Enjoy a hayride.

Shop the new greenhouse for vegetable and flower plant starts. Ask a Master Gardener any questions you may have about your garden plants, trees, or shrubs!

If you have never been to CALF, we promise you’ll have a good time. CALF connects people of all ages and abilities to agriculture through authentic educational programs and community projects.

Their goal is to help people experience agriculture and better understand the importance of agriculture in everyday life.
