Philatelists of all ages are placing a stamp on Denver. What’s a philatelist? A stamp collector, of course. And hundreds will be at the Rocky Mountain Stamp Show on Friday to Sunday, May 8 to 10, 2026, at the Arapahoe County Fairgrounds. Admission (and parking) is totally FREE.

The Show is a lot of fun. Stamps are snapshots of the past and present and can tell the story or a person, place or time. Many can take you to exotic destinations or on a journey into space.
The show will include a First Day of Issue ceremony for the new Baby Animal Stamps being put out by the USPS.
The 2026 show will celebrate the 150th anniversary of Colorado statehood.
About 32 dealers will showcase their wares and “What’s in Your Attic?” offers FREE, no obligation, advice for those who want to learn more about inherited stamp albums and old family collections.
The CYPHER (Colorado Young Philatelic Explorers & Researchers) Stamp Club will have youth activities scheduled throughout the show, including a Stamp Collecting Merit Badge class for Scouts on Sunday at 10 a.m.
Societies attending the show include the Universal Ship Cancellation Society, Colorado Postal History Society and Postcrossing.
Hours are: Friday & Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
25690 E. Quincy Ave., Aurora.
