Fort Collins’ first brewery, Odell Brewing Company, is one of its most notable, where craft tinkerers and experimenters relentlessly search for new ways to change up their beer. While always creating a variety of beers, their roots are in British styles where innovation and creativity meet balance, consistency, and quality.
Although their flagship location can be found in Fort Collins, they recently opened a new brewhouse and taproom in RiNo, making their beers more easily accessible to those in the Denver area.
