Aw, shucks! It’s National Oyster Day on August 5, 2023 and that means only one thing at Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar. It’s time to celebrate! The popular local seafood restaurant is celebrating with a FREE oyster giveaway, as well as lots of delicious deals for oyster lovers, on the big day.

FREE Oyster Giveaway
On August 5, Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar is celebrating by shucking FREE CrackerJax oysters from its food truck Queenie at a secret Denver location. The truck will be shucking for the masses until the shells run out.
To find out where Queenie is heading, oyster fans should follow Jax on Instagram for hints. The location and timing will be revealed the morning of August 5.
National Oyster Day Specials
All Jax locations will be offering lots of tasty specials from 3:30 p.m. to close on National Oyster Day.
Here’s what’s on the menu at Jax for National Oyster Day:
$2 CrackerJax all night
Hot Oyster Flight for $4 each or 6 for $20 (includes Rockefeller, buffalo fried and chargrilled)
Fried Oyster Roll for $13 (with split top bun, lettuce and remoulade)
Oyster shooter for $5 (choice of cuke or spicy)
Fancy Oyster for $5 (CrackerJax oyster with caviar, creme fraiche and chive)
There are five locations in Colorad0 — Boulder, Colorado Springs, Denver, Ft. Collins and Glendale. (There is also another location in Kansas City, MO.)
