Does your child need a backpack and school supplies for the upcoming school year? Bethlehem Church in Lakewood wants like to help. You can register to pick up a FREE backpack full of school supplies at a Backpack Giveaway on Sunday, August 11, 2024, during the church’s larger Annual Backpack Blessing.

You can pick up the backpacks in the Commons at Bethlehem Lutheran Church between 11:15 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. There will be snow cones, yard games, a jump house, and fellowship.
You are welcome to attend the service, during which they will say a special prayer for all children and the new school year. You will receive your backpack after the 10 a.m. service.
Those who wish to stay for the service are welcome to do so, but there are no strings attached.
