Bruz Beers was founded by Charlie Gottenkieny and Ryan Evans in an effort to make Belgian-style beer more well-known in the United States. They have two locations: a dog-friendly tasting room in Midtown and a tasting room in the Colfax Avenue corridor that boasts a dog-friendly patio.

Bruz is dedicated to sustainability and eco-friendly brewing practices and shows that dedication through recycling, avoiding non-environmentally friendly chemicals, and locally donating spent grain.
